If you require onsite computer repair services we can arrange an appointment within 24 hours. If you would rather drop your computer in to us we are open 10am - 7pm Monday to Friday, and 10am - 4pm Saturdays. Many people don't have the time to drop off or pick up their computers during normal working hours so we have tailored our repair service around this.

If we aren't able to fix your computer onsite we can take it away and in 90% of cases we will have it back to you in under 24 hours. Most local companies don't provide onsite computer repair services; at Thanet Computer Repair we pride ourselves on providing the highest quality and most convenient service we can to our customers. 

In fact of the thousands of computers we have fixed since we launched our repair service we have been unable to fix only a handful of them. In the few instances where we have been unable to fix a computer we have not charged our customers and have been able to refer them to more specialist services.
